| Upon receipt of your submission questionnaire we will prepare your bankruptcy petition, all schedules, Summary of Schedules, Statement of Financial Affairs, mailing matrix, and all required declarations and verifications in accordance with the rules of your local bankruptcy court.
We will upload most of your completed documents to you over the Internet, then, depending upon your selection of services in our submission form, we will forward to you certain documents which require our "live" signatures as preparers, by First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. You must sign an original set of the documents in the places indicated on the documents, then run additional copies of the signed documents for submission to your bankruptcy court. We will provide you with access to all the necessary contact telephone information and mailing addresses for your local bankruptcy court. |

| You should contact your local bankruptcy court and ascertain how many copies of your documents your local court requires. Then either mail or take all the required documents to your bankruptcy court along with a money order made out to the "Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court" (bankruptcy courts will not accept personal checks). |
